Front Office

Our dedicated front office staff is here to help facilitate your visit.  Upon your visit, please have your updated ID and insurance card ready. Your visit may require an authorization based on your insurance. Your initial authorization to visit the office must be obtained from your Primary Care Doctor. Our team will facilitate authorizations for follow-up visits.

If you have particular questions, please reach us by phone, contact us through the website or by email (appointments@joshiretina.com). Please allow up to 48 hours to respond.

Back Office

Our highly trained technicians are here to guide you through your visit. On your initial visit, please bring your list of medications, and any previous records that are pertinent for the visit.

Surgical Scheduling

If you are seeing Dr. Joshi, there is a good chance you may need eye surgery. The thought of surgery may be very stressful. Our team is here to guide you through the process. Please call the office if you have specific questions. Feel free to email us at surgery@joshiretina.com if you have any non-urgent questions. Please realize only your doctor can give you medical advice.

Billing

We live in a very complex healthcare environment where it may be difficult to understand. If we are In-Network with your insurance company, our billing provider will bill your company. You may be subject to fees from co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles. Please call 561-767-9999 if you have questions about your bill.
